Sins & Sorcery - v1.2 Released!


Hello everybody. Version 1.2 is finally here!

New Features & Improvements:

  • Mana Search in Deckbuilder: A new search option allows you to filter cards by mana cost for easier deckbuilding.
  • Token Updates: Tokens are now unlocked by default. They can no longer be acquired from packs or added during deckbuilding. A new toggle option has been added to show/hide Tokens in your collection.
  • Game Options in Brawl and Random Modes: Players can now customize game settings, including:
    • AI Difficulty
    • Maximum Turn Timer
    • Starting Mana
    • Starting Cards
    • Cards Per Turn


Gameplay Updates:

  • Saboteur Mechanic Overhaul: Saboteurs now switch teams every turn instead of just once, creating dynamic interactions.
  • Card Balancing:
    • Reduced the mana cost of Rage Spirit - Genie from 2 to 1.
    • Reworked the ability of the card Clandestine Orgy to improve balance and usability.
  • Card Capacity Adjustments:
    • Maximum Common rarity cards in a deck increaed (4 -> 10), and Rare rarity (2->5)
    • Minimum deck size has been reduced from 20 to 15 cards.

Fixes & Visual Enhancements:

  • Card Adjustments:
    • Corrected card types for several cards.
    • Added the "Artifact" trait to all Artifact cards.
    • Updated artwork for multiple cards.
  • Battlefield Improvements: Enhanced character and artifact placement for better clarity during gameplay.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed various ability-related bugs.
    • Resolved an issue where players couldn’t purchase more than 4 cards.
    • Lycantropy effects now trigger correctly, with adjustments to Werewolf Master and Were-beast.
  • User Interface Updates:
    • Added a subtle message when a card cannot be sold.
    • Reduced visual effects for spell casts and Secret triggers to improve visibility.
    • Updated all incorrect card type visuals for consistency.

gonna check the newest version and post things I find, updated as I play
- Sudden Rain deals only 1 damage

- finished all other campaigns, but when I try to do 10/10 on forest campaign, the game can't be won and gets stuck

- Raccoon Thief and Unholy Lust is probably wrongly marked as a token

- Playful Nibble got it's Active skill greyed out after playing Artifact Corset

- Elven Vampire and other give Vampire status to card in your hand doesn't work

- Sophisticated Corset heals units only on the turn it's played and not on other turns

- Despite not having all cards unlocked in the top right corner I see Forest cards unlocked as 53/48; Seakha as 40/37,  the math might be off now due to tokens

- Frenzy cancelled shield on a unit despite the unit not bleeding

- When returning to Main Menu after playing a game, the music is much quieter and if I move volume slider back and forth to same place it's back to normal volume
Master 75; Music 35; SFX 100

- Passive is misspelled as Pasive throughout the game

- Rising from Ashes has Passive ability Enraged which is used as Active and costs whole action making the ability pretty weak

- Fox token has empty Attack stat

- Legendary Pack costs 310 in the shop; I've got Venom Kiss + Aid of the Jungle + Queen Zara of the Desert; they have 216 sell price each and that means infinite money

- Laboratory Intern; Black Dragon Kaelith and more cards have last line of text written over the card's price and buy button

- Curious Fox Mina doesn't trigger her ability every time, possible due to a token creature

- 2 stacks of poison doesn't always kill a unit

- unable to move with Neko ability to the leftmost slot in some conditions, works usually

- A marker for cards not owned by the specific player could be useful to show changed ownership

- AI when not in control of all their creatures seems to be unable to finish the turn

- Were-beasts get created even when the attacked card dies
